Unfortunately, the icons used in Fluxbox are not part of the Fluxbox Window Manager, they are part of a program called xtdesk (I think).
In your home directory is a subdirectory called .xdesktop (you will not see it unless you enable the "H" below Bookmarks since all files with a . at the start denote Hidden, easier than attrib -h blah.txt).
There are little scripts for each icon and GIF files that are the icon files. I downloaded ImageMagick via apt-get (love that tool) to resize the Bluefish Icon from their website when I installed Bluefish. I lazily made a copy of dillo.lnk in that directory and edited it with Scite and saved it as Bluefish.lnk. Viola, added an icon. It may not have been the easiest way to do it, but it was the one I figured out. If there is a utility included in DSL to do what I described, let me know! Cappy
