Unfortunately, the icons used in Fluxbox are not part of the Fluxbox Window Manager, they are part of a program called xtdesk (I think).

In your home directory is a subdirectory called .xdesktop (you will not see it unless you enable the "H" below Bookmarks since all files with a . at the start denote Hidden, easier than attrib -h blah.txt).

There are little scripts for each icon and GIF files that are the icon files. I downloaded ImageMagick via apt-get (love that tool) to resize the Bluefish Icon from their website when I installed Bluefish. I lazily made a copy of dillo.lnk in that directory and edited it with Scite and saved it as Bluefish.lnk. Viola, added an icon. It may not have been the easiest way to do it, but it was the one I figured out. If there is a utility included in DSL to do what I described, let me know!

You didn`t quite understand me... I have replaced already the icons, but I mean the cursors... (the little pictures that move if you move the mouse).
And the cursors should be built in the x system (not even the window manager) so far I know...

But thanks for your reply...

oops.. sorry about that. I guess that's what happens when you post a message when you are half asleep! I'll research it and try to get back to you.

Quick Update: the cursor themes from KDE-look.com or org are for KDE. from the Howto:

How to install a X11 mouse theme

Create the directory ~/.icons/default
Place index.theme into ~/.icons/default
Place cursors into ~/.icons/default/cursors
Restart KDE
Have fun! :-)
