Greetings all !
I dont know if anyone has had this issue with Firefox or not. BUT.. and I have not tested this in my DSL install on my laptop. But on my desktop( IBM PL 300 with WSS ( read that Crystal 4232).. after configuring my sound card to be able to use xmms and streaming and direct from CD player. I was not able to hear sound from a flash movie.
BUT.. I found a resolution on another board. so I thought I would give this up to the community in case anyone else has one of these boat anchors.
The resolution was to start firefox from command prompt ( will add this later to shortcut. ) Like this :
" mozilla-firefox -aoss" after this the flash sounds played perfectly.
Anyway.. I thought it might help someone at some point
Peace !
