Heyas..

I've did the HDinstall on an old satellite 300CDT 'notebook'..

Where can I find some config-files for LILO, xwindows and other stuff?

what do I need to get the settings transfered/changed from user damnsmall? (I actually first wondered, why everything was lost when logging in as 'root' )

And: the startup resolution in that pseudo textmode sucks..
I assume it uses the framebuffer since this is bigger than the real display resolution ;)
Where can I set this without changing it everytime at LILO-boot?
