How can I install vbetool. Anyone have an idea for me? I need to create a dsl app so that i can use vbetool on a frugal install. I planned to apt-get'ting it and then changing it to a dsl app via deb2dsl, but i can't install it in the first place.
Has anyone been able to install it? I can't get my laptop to shut off the lcd with xset, but under ubuntu on the same laptop, vbetool works great.
