They told me to find a good Linux... I think DSL is it.. But....
When I boot the CD up... The following happens...
It boots to the "Boot: " screen and no matter what I enter(ex. Nothing; KNOPPIX; KNOPPIX NoSCSI; etc...) it loads two things and then a little pinguen comes up on the upper left side of the screen with a little white square that stops blinking shortly after... Then nothing else..
I tried finding CFDisk to make a couple of linux partitions but I never found it... I did make a partition with FDisk to see if that would work but nada...
Any help will be appreciated... If possible... PM me... If u can help through a messenger prog... I am on all 4 (Yahoo;MSN;ICQ;AOL) messengers at once.. Using Trillian..
