Have any ipw3945 dsl package to work with my toshiba notebook?
the network lan work ok, but wireless need ipw3945 driver

I believe you are out of luck for a native Linux driver, as they are written for a 2.6.13+ kernel, per < Driver requirements. >

I did some searching, but can't find anything to indicate that the card is compatible with ndiswrapper.

Hate to say it, but you might be better off with a distro that supports this card.
