Booting Dell Latitude D610 w/DSL 3.2 fails.After selecting "failsafe" at the boot prompt I get the following... Using CD-RW as boot CD is iffy at best.If your issue is dark screen, then try various vga options or even the fbWWWxHHH boot images, e.g. boot: fb800x600 or boot: dsl vga=normal or press F3 at boot prompt and try vga=xxx from values displayed on the table Posted by basher on Jan. 31 2007,22:02
Trying different vga settings didn't help.SysLinux also aborts with same error. DSL-N boots OK. |
