Can anyone help me change the mouse cursor speed?
I do not know how to go about doing this.

I've searched to no avail on the topic. (cursor speed, mouse speed, mouse/cursor acceleration/sensitivity etc.)

I'm on a thinkpad 600e with a trackpoint for a mouse device-finger pad gets sore after awhile with the current cursor speed setting.
