eth0 hot-plug

Usually I have my pcmcia connect by the cable before DSL start but if I need to connect the cable after DSL start I haven't understand how I can "load" the ethernet or it is possible to have "hot-plug" as Debian ?

I have a router with dhcp !

If you need to get a dhcp lease, you can use pump, i.e. `pump -i eth0`
or if you prefer using a gui, try DSLPanel

DSL control panel -> netcardconfig -> use dhcp
