Will this generation of the Linksys WPC54GS work with DSL?

I've seen the v1.2 listed in Verified wireless cards, but don't know how to recognize one. I'm seeing many Linksys cards with SpeedBooster up for sale, such as the one in the link above. Will any generation of the Linksys card work?... what should I look for before I commit to buying one?

It's not listed in the wiki, but the WPC54G is. The driver for ver 2 is 3.100.64 7/28/2005 (not that recent, but about a year newer than the driver for the G). Probably would work with the driver and ndiswrapper, but I didn't see it listed.
