Runnig NETconfiguration in System:No supported network cards found ! - but this 10/100 IBM card works perfectly under Win2000 on the same laptop.....what is the problem and the remedy ? :angry:

Typing *ifconfig* in the XTerminal
says: Link encap:Local Loopback innet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0 UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
and few more lines............

A Google will turn up lots of info on IBM PCMCIA network cards. Try searching for your exact model number and see if you can find anything.

Just downloaded a linux-driver(beta) for my model of PCMCI card but it is Damn Hard for me to install it :blues:
