HP 832C is connected to router via 1 port print server. Printer works with XP machines on router. Now, DSL box connected to another port on router. It too works (on Internet). Want to print from DSL box. Figured I need CUPS. So, downloaded it in MyDSL extensions. Configured it for the printer, and used the URL of < http://192.168.0.254. > This is the address of of print server. Can't print test page in CUPS or in any apps in DSL. Am I missing something? DSL is on HD as Frugal. Pretty much a newbie and just getting started with DSL.Don |
