mplayerplug-in compatible with BonEcho 2.0?

Hi,
Running DSL 4.4.10 with BonEcho 2.0 (included in the installed base). I have installed mplayerplug-in but when try to open a web to listen radio, it says that mplayerplug-in is GTK2 byt BonEcho 2.0 is GTK1. I read that it is possible to compile mplayerplug-in to use with GTK1 but i do not know how. Can you please advise.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, i have installed gtk2 extension, but result is the same. Web page with radio station says that plugin is based on gtk2 while BonEcho is with gtk1. More ideas? Thanks!!
