Dual boot from min CD?

I just read the very good "how to" on installing a dual boot DSL/Hiren's Boot CD on a usb flash drive by Tim Carr. I would do this on my new Sandisk 256meg if there were more PCs out there that booted from usb. I work in a lot of different offices so I've realized it won't work for me most of the time.

That said I have resigned myself to carrying a 50 meg mini business card CD in my wallet. I burned DSL on one of these. After reading the above mentioned post I went right to the net to download Hiren's Boot CD.

Would it be possible to put some files, say the Hiren's CD stuff or both Hiren's and DSL, on my flash drive and be able to dual boot to either DSL or Hiren's from the mini CD? That would be sweet. I suppose I need the proper boot image on a CD.

I also have some 128 meg CDs. One of these can hold both DSL and Hiren's but is too big for the wallet. If the above is not feasible maybe someone can help me dual boot from one of these CDs?
