Is it possible to set up two partitions on a USB thumb drive? I have a 2GB drive. I want to set up the 50MB install so that it loads into RAM, but then I want all my settings and files saved to the rest of the USB thumb drive.

The standard usb install script from the right click menu does exactly what you are looking for.

You can also achieve the same thing manually with more effort...
