My review at http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=5597 should give you a good idea. Incidentally, I am also running DSL on a P120 with 48MB ram. Works well.
If you have problems with the serial mouse, and you are using v0.6, when in the GUI, type Ctrl+Alt+backspace. This will exit the GUI (X-server), and drop you into a command-line environment. Type sudo mouseconfig, and set up your mouse to ttyS0 (which is equal to COM1 in windows).
