DSL Ideas and Suggestions :: Adding the GCC

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I would really like to see the GCC added to the next build. If this is not possible, could you tell me how to add it to a live CD so it is available from the boot?

There is an extension called gcc1.dsl, you can find it here:

Stupid question: Where do I put extentions?

Flip answer: anywhere you want to.

Then open emelfm and select that file and press the mydsl button to load the extension. Or type mydsl-load <path/file> in a shell.
