will it be possible to make a install script that can install DSL to USB drive?
i have a 32mb USB i was also wondering how to strip the packiages down

That could be cool, I have a 128mb USB key and was thinking about that too. After I am just going to copy everything off the CD to the USB key and boot. Oh yeah, I forgot, I will also cross my fingers. 
DSL v 0.6.3 now has an accompanying USB script file so you cand run it off the USB mem sticks.
