DSL Ideas and Suggestions :: using multi session to backup

well, i saw an info in Distrowatch telling that now, Puppy linux allow users to backup to and restore from the puppy livecd itself. it's clearly explained here.
Considering that business card CD are not the standard, i think it may be an interesting option to have in DSL (for those who, unlike me, own a computer that can boot from multisession CD )

What do you think about it ?
