I don't know if this is possible (given all the differences between macs and windoze) but if embedded DSL could also run on Mac OS X that would be great.There has been a few threads about osx previously. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
I took a search on "osx" and several solutions and alternatives showed up.the main difference I would see is that mac boots off of Open Firmware.

Open Firmware wouldn't be an issue on Intel OSX Macs with either the free (Beta) Boot Camp from Apple or Parallels. Boot Camp Example Parallels Info
